🏡Dianthus  Mixed stands out with its outstanding, bicolour flowers presented on compact plants during summer. The flowers appear in limitless, flowing combinations of pinks, purples and white. They may be solid, streaked, or light with a darker eye. The unusually large flowers are borne profusely above low, bushy mounds of grass like foliage from late spring throughout summer, and also attract bees and butterflies.

🌱Planting and Care Guide:

☀️Sun Exposure: Dianthus likes full sun, make sure it gets at least 6 hours of sunlight per day.

💧Water moderately: Keep the soil moist but avoid standing water, especially during the growing season when moderate moisture is needed.

🪴Fertilize regularly: Apply appropriate flower fertilizer regularly during the growing season to promote healthy growth. Incorporate lots of well-rotted manure or garden compost into the planting hole. Apply a balanced fertiliser in spring and deadhead to prolong flowering.

Please note:
This perennial is semi-evergreen so it can lose some of its leaves in winter. In colder regions or more exposed gardens, it may lose them all, but then fresh new growth appears again in spring.
